2. Orders for custom instruments will be processed individually. The time of building depends on many factors, so contact us to get an estimated time.
3. We've made every effort to ensure that the colors displayed on the screen closely match the colors of our paints. However, we cannot guarantee their perfect accuracy. Colors may differ from reality due to the variety of available computer hardware and its individual settings, particularly monitor and graphics card settings. This is even more pronounced in the case of prints available on this website.
4. The company will not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions or strikes.
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the instrument.
2. Only instruments purchased from stock are eligible for returns. Custom instruments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the company by email or in writing within the given 14 day timeframe.
4. The instrument must be returned to the company in its original condition and packaging, along with the proof of purchase
5. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the custom instrument.
6. We will refund the amount paid for the custom instrument within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
7. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a custom instrument that has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
8. In case of a defect or damage to the instrument, the customer must contact us immediately to report the issue and arrange for a repair or replacement. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
