Crafted with precision and care to all details, all parts (except tuners, strings and the banjo head) are built by us. Therefore we know exactly what materials have been used for that instrument and how it was created.

It means that everything that happens to the instrument through our fault, something starts to fall apart or some unpredictable problems arise immediately the instrument comes back to us and we make every effort to restore it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase. We try to get the instrument back as soon as possible.

The warranty does not cover strings, banjo head and tuning machines. Also if there is any visible signs of not correct use of the instrument warranty won't be admit
